I am very new to Vendio and have been struggling hit and miss trying to figure out things on my own because it takes TOO LONG to get an answer from Customer Service. I have been trying to change the colors of the borders and text for a template (I'm just NOT an orange/green sort of person. I thought we left that back in the 70's!). When I click on CHOOSE COLOR, I have no trouble getting my new choice to show up on the "Color Picker", but I can't find an "OK" to click anywhere. Could someone PLEASE help me figure this thing out? I recoil in horror when I see my template, that is all shades of marine blue, white and grey with GRASS GREEN titles and ORANGE borders!Everything seems to work fine except changing colors.

Hello,

After you choose your color, you should be able to hit the 'ok' button at the bottom of that pop up. If you don't see this, please try clearing your browser cache -- let me know if that helps improve the problem.

I FINALLY got everything squared away and created some AWESOME templates with custom colors and my own logos for accent graphics, but now I have another problem. I'm sure the solution is simple, but I need a little help finding it. It has to do with the placement of my description photos. I remember seeing it somewhere and now can't remember WHERE. I just want to fix it so that all my photos go down the left side with the descriptive text on the right, which is the way my first template was. But on the new ones, the placement has changed so that there's one picture top center and two at the bottom. SOME of my listings will have MANY photos, so this arrangement is not going to work. I need to have them on the left. My very first listing on eBay, which ends today, had about 14 photos.

Hello,

If you click on 'Edit Description Box' in the Template Workshop you will find the Image Layout option. You can then change it to images left for any template you've already created -- if you save it with the same name it will override the one that already exists, so you can avoid having to recreate templates.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Sonya
