We are using SM PRO and when we uploaded an auction today it never showed up on EBay. Went to the Pending section online and found it there. The error says our EBay id is either wrong or suspended. If I get on EBay I have no trouble doing anything including re-listing auctions. I also looked on my Account and checked it and my id was correct and my e-mail was as well.
What is going on?
We need to launch auctions.

I have checked the listing by doing an eBay Preview -- the preview works so you should be able to resubmit this listing. The error you got is usually a result of failed attempts to log into your account, or changed information that wasn't updated elsewhere. It typically goes away after an hour of leaving it alone.
