This is just one example of what has happened. New eBayer, finishes auction, does I don't know what and ends up paying just the item, no shipping. If it is stated why isn't it there for them to pay?

Sometimes it appears as amount due, although the have paid it. There has got to be something wrong.
Perhaps it's just my customers checking out on their own, but why do I need to list shipping cost first while creating listing in sales manager pro, and then within Ebay in order for this to work! This is suppose to make my life easier!
You have both Vendio Checkout and eBay/PayPal Checkout turned on -- Vendio Checkout is filled out with your shipping and handling, while the other checkout is not. When your listings end your customers are going through the PayPal Checkout, most likely through the 'Pay Now' button on the listing, and getting that there is no shipping.
We have just released support for Checkout redirect, which might be beneficial to you in the sense that if customers keep paying through the Pay Now button and not through Vendio Checkout, they get redirected to Vendio Checkout -- where they will be able to complete payment properly with shipping. If you would like to set this up you may do so in My Account > Post Sale Management Options.

OK I've turned on the feature. But I am not sure how they have compelted checkout with vendio, since their information is there and yet they are not paying with the check out process?
