Auto relist currently only works for items that do not sell. If your item sells you will have to manually relist, unless you want to set your items up as Recurring auctions (which are not relists).
At the bottom of the create listing page will be a button called Add Recurring. It is next to the Launch button. If you click on it you will be able to set up your recurring auction options for that listing.
