On my Sales Manager page, left-hand side, are "Display Options," and under that, at bottom, is "Customers." How do I get all my sold auctions into that Customers page? I like the concept but don't see any instructions anywhere.

Go to "My Account", "Seller Preferrence", "Global Preferences", about 3/4 of the way down there is an option to set, it is in the "Promotional Options".
You only get the user id, no names and address. You have to enter that.

Estamps: NExt question! I found the list, and it has 4 years' worth of sales. I can't figure out how to delete those and start fresh. I've tried highlighting and delete but that doesn't work. Do you know how to do that?

You should be able to put a check in the box next to that customer and then choose Delete from the "I would like to" drop down list above, and delete those selected. Have you tried this?
