I've managed to get images in a couple of my store items using Vendio's Image Manager.

However, there are no thumnails showing on my
"all items" page. Do I need to create a separate thumbnail for each store item? If so, how big?

This entire process seems entirely too complicated thus far. Well, give it time I guess.

When you are creating your inventory items (for the store), you'll need to "attach" the photos.
I checked a few of your items and there were no pictures associate with the items. So go back and review your inventory and then add the appropriate pictures and you should be fine.
