Please confirm if Sellathon's ViewTracker is compatible with your SalesManager.
Sellathon requires html mode.
Thanks
Wow, I've never heard of Sellathon before today. It looks pretty darn cool and compatible. What you'd want to do is place the HTML code in the description of your listings. I don't know if you have to get new code from sellathon for every auction or not. But if not, you could place the code in the Default text section of your listings and the tracker would just show up everytime. You can get to your default text preferences by clicking "My Account" > "Custom listing Text."
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

You'd paste the code into the description area when you are creating the listing.
I didn't see any items in your pending listing section. If you tried pasting the code in an auction and deleted it, we can't see what's going wrong. I recommend trying again and leaving the pending auctions in your pending section. This will help us see what's going wrong.

I'll need to escalate this. Thanks for posting here. I'm going to pass your info on along with the Pending item you have in your account.
Thanks.

I just finished a month free trial with View Tracker and I put the script in my "custom listing" text and had no problems...I saw the Sellathon logo in my auction preview. If you just see the HTML then you must have an error somewhere. Perhaps you should verify that you have copied the code correctly - or recopy from View Tracker (as I remember there is a place to "view Your Code".
If you are going into eBay and revising an existing auction you have to make sure that the Revise Your Text box is in the HTML and not the WYSIWYG mode.
