Why was my thred pulled over the mistake that Vendio made?? Vendio said I would not be charged Gallery fees and I'm out $125.00 on Gallery fees with ebay I did not authorize?? Also said I would receive $50.00 for my trouble. I got my bill from Vendio, NO CREDIT OF ANYKIND. WHAT'S THE DEAL?????????

You'll have to contact our billing department if you have disputes on your billing statement. You can use our form page to write them at : http://www.vendio.com/contactus.html

Yes, and no one in any department has done anything to unfreeze the funds in my Citibank account. A simple phone call to
those folks would have solved the problem.

That $4.95 you said would be removed appeared on my billing also. I will
challenge that charge.

I see. Unfortunately I do not deal with the web hosting features but I do know that it is being addressed. Regarding the $4.95 charge, please write in to [email protected] to seek a refund for that.

Please refer to this thread for our responses about the eBay fees on your account. This problem was caused by eBay, and we are working with them to get a credit to you. Note also that it takes some time for us to apply a credit to your account, as this is a manual process. Thank you for your patience.

Has anyone gotten their accounts credited for this? As of today 6/4/04 I haven't heard from ebay or vendio and I would like someone to take credit for this mistake and I personnally am out of pocket some $$$$. Please respond.
