Our Vendio images loaded when we attached them to our auctions though now in most of our new auctions they are not loading. You can only see the blank box and can only see the image when you click on the link to supersize.

HELP!

Thanks,

Richard

Hello,

What kind of connection do you have? I am able to view your images, but they are also very large. Do you have an ISP Accelerator? If you do, please turn it off and refresh the page.

You might want to try clearing your browser cache and then refreshing the page as well. Let us know if this helps.

Regards,

Sonya

Thank you for your help. No we do not have an accelerator.

Many of our auctions lock up below the larger ebay photo and the Vendio images work intermittantly (sp). Our customers were emailing and asking what the shipping is because they could not croll down the page. We just listed:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=36218&item=3679965747

and while the photos appear there now, they do not always appear only boxes. We called eBay PowerSeller Account Rep and they were ran into the same problem...unable to scroll down below the ebay hosted image. They put me on hold and contacted their Tech Dept and they said it is Vendio that is causing this. Help, please!

Other people have to be experiencing this because so many of our bidders are running into the same problem. We have been using Vendio for 6 month and this problem has only been happening in the last week, but it does happen daily. Just as soon as it locks about, maybe an hour later it will have all the Vendio pictures, and let you scroll down. The Supoersize images always work, but the initial photos come on and off.

Hello,

I checked your listing out and saw what you meant. I was looking at your images and I noticed they are all rather large -- around 180 kb or so per image. Since you have a lot, the page is potentially loading a megabyte of pictures. You might want to try saving your images at a lesser file size to see if that improves the problem.

Sonya

Sonya,

I called ebay back and talked to another person. They said it may be the fact that we were using Vendio to host photos and Andale for a gallery and the "code" from both may have been in conflict. The Andale Gallery was Flash. So, we went in and cancelled everything associated with Andale. It will take up to 24 hours for them to cancel the Gallery. On some it is canceled and it appears that the problem is not there on those. Tomorrow when all Andale products are shut off and not in our auctions, we will be able to see if that was it. THANK YOU for your help!

Richard

Sonya,

I just went into my auction html and took out all the andale code and it is back to normal. Wow...using Vendio images with Andale products is NO GOOD. It's one or the other.

Thanks again!

Richard
