Currently when we add Vendio images to our auctions they are inserted below our "information and terms".

Is there an option to insert the images above our "information and terms"? We would prefer the customer see our photos first, rather than our "ebay description" and our "information and terms".

BUYSAFE is able to insert their image before our "ebay description" and our "information and terms".

If the option does not exist it should.

Below is an example of BUY SAFES positioning and Vendios positioning. We would like to switch the positions.

Thank You,

AH

Hi Auctionharborscottsdale,

you can place your images whereever you want in your listings, provided that you use our online services our our offline listing tool (SMPro - free download). Using these tools you may use our xisting templates or even design your own. If you use other listing tools and Vendio only as imagehost, you should check with those tools on how to place your images.
Also, Vendio provides for gallery, which may be inserted automatically at the top, or bottom of the listing. Gallery may be inserted manually anywhere in the listing.

Hello AH
If you mean after the auction has started the answer is still yes but only if you don't have any bids.
You will need to copy & paste from the image page. Check the image and then use the attached image by HTML. It's the last option in the drop-down, I think that correct. I do it all the time but it's almost automatic for me now.
The tricky part is adding to your listing - you have to use the HTML feature and find where you want to put it in and then just paste it in.
Try that and see if you can see what I mean - if not I'll try to walk you through it.
