I have noticed when I send all my closed auctions to "archive", I cannot find a way to then retrieve one or several if I decide to relist. When I click on "Closed" there are no links to retrieve the archived auctions. What am I not getting here? Am I overlooking something? Thanks for any input.
If you go to your Sales Manager tab, you should see a Sales Archive link toward the bottom on your lefthand side. Click on that link. You will then see another link under it called Restore Items. Click on that link to see your most recently archived listings. If you see any you would like to relist you can unarchive them from there.
If you are typically relisting items that have been archived, we recommend you save a copy of the listings you create in your inventory. Items cannot be restored after they've been archived for 2 or more weeks.

I clicked on a link that said,,,,LOOKING FOR THE OLD COUNTER SYSTEM?.......There were like 500 auction dating back from 2000,,,,,those are the auctions I want to use (some of them) the auction does not show as you would think! It does show how many looks, you got in one week ,,,,,day by day for a week,,,,if you click on the title of the auction....Does that make any sense?
I too want to bring up VERY OLD archived auctions,,,,,,,Not as you say ,,,,recent ones,,,I get a message,,,,,,,,ADOBE DOWN LOAD MANAGER,,,,,,,error parsing voucher,,,,,I CAN see for a split second the down load ,,,then the message comes up. HELP......I really NEED to see these OLD archived auction.........Actually a seller has stlen my auction from over a year ago and I want to NAIL the SOB......and e bay will ONLY act on PROOF! It's IN the "looking for old counters area,,,like I said,,500 OLD,,,,,,auctions come up there. Thanks!

Unfortunately, these area does not contain the actual auction listing. It just contains the counter used and the counter stats. So in fact, the auctions are still saved. I'll get with someone from Engineering tomorrow to see if there isn't some way to recreate these listings.
Best Regards,

Hello jackswebb,
What kind of proof does eBay need? The archives do not contain the item description, rather just the basic listing information. I'm not sure why you're receiving an error when downloading your archives - can you tell us what date range and format you're using, and we'll try it from here?
