Whenever I try to retrieve any of my archived listings, a window opens up and it wants to download them. I have downloaded them, but then I can't get them to open up. After reading the other thread about retrieving listings, I think there may be a problem, Huston.

I have tested the feature and discovered it is working fine. I've tried saving the download and opening it without saving. Both worked just fine. If you are having trouble with this feature, please provide the steps you are taking and also the error you are getting.
