Please let Chris know I did indeed get his return phone call -- and his instructions were very clear -- I think I actually managed to complete the refund requests in a few short minutes after following his clue! LOL! I really appreciate the help - and the phone call service is a fantastic tool for busy harried folks -- unlike the maze at eBay where one has to muddle through! A one minute phone call is a stress buster! LOL! For most eBayers time is money and our sanity worth the small prie -- thanks again -- you all work hard and have never disappointed yet! But especially tell Chris thanks -- he was super!
