Error with the counter system! Couldn't connect to the cache server

This is the message I am getting when trying to go to "sales manager". Are we having a "glitch"?

Just when I was trying to list a ton of seven jeans...Don't we pay enough?

Sorry, I am just frustrated. My sales have been slower than normal and I wanted (needed badly) to have a good week this week.

I hope they get it fixed quickly!

No wonder I have no bids on anything that ends within the next 7 minutes. I wonder if there will be any refunds? I guess I did not want to work tonight.

(sigh) a bad week just getting worse...

...hmmm, wonder how long I should sit here and wait for this to get fixed so I can list before I go do something actually productive?

Are the pending auctions launching? I sure hope so or I am in major trouble.

I am concerned with auctions of bigger ticket items I have ending in the next 2 hours - I do hope this is a short outage and back up asap. We all know what last minute bids mean to all of us. No photos mean no last minute bidders!!! If you can't see it, you won't bid. I state in my listings that if there are outages experienced in the last 2 hours of an auction, I reserve the right to relist. In 4 years, this may be the first time I exercise that right. I sure hope not.

I truly feel for the people that have auctions ending. High ticket or not, you have put a lot of work and effort into them.

Refunds??? I think it would be appropriate for auctions ending during this time. Dont you?

It appears as though one of the pending auctions are launching as well as anything which is set to auto relist.

This could be a major mess!

WOW Vendio just put me out of business for the day. My auctions ended at 5 pm pst and no pictures means no sales. My pending listings is not being listed nor is my relist. I wonder if Vendio is going to refund.

As of this hour, 8:02 EST, still down, no access to image hosting, post-sale, customer management, currently active auctions won't load pictures.

Never ever had Vendio (AW) been screwed up to such extent.

Can not answer email, buyer won't see pictures=auctions are doomed!

If you are running high-ticket items, maybe they should be pulled off, risking offending many potential buyers, or keep them going and take the loss on final bidding pirce. It is really a dilemma now.

If Vendio does a refund (which I doubt)...the refund would be mimimal, compared to what I losing on auctions ending with NO pictures. I had (you will note that I said HAD) a bidding war going on in an auction which ends in 30 minutes.

Vendio may refund on their fees, but you know they won't refund eBay fees. And that's where I will get hit.

I can't afford to miss any sales. I'm in bad enough shape as it is.

Be kind. Everyone is fighting their own secret battles.

Everything seems normal, except you still can't launch any auctions.
