Diana...any timeframe? I have auctions going off in one hour and I am getting antsy. I know most people would have looked at pictures already but...

Please update us, are we looking at this being hours? Have auctions ending tonight on a number of items which receive last minute bidders and they will not bid if they can't see photos, would you?

Unfortunately, I do not have a timeframe yet. I will post back when I have more information, but we have identified the root cause of the problem and all available resources are currently dedicated to resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Please update the status of the problem, and the E T A on fixing it. I checked my emails and I had 7 emails asking for pictures, which are not showing, and I cannot access myself...

I do not have an exact timeframe, however, we do not expect this to be an extended outage. We have identified the problem and are working on recovery now.

Hi everyone - per our announcement:
The system is in the process of recovering at this time, however you may notice intermittent access for a short time longer while we work to resolve any side-effects. We expect to have all services restored to full functionality shortly.

I have been informed that the system is fully recovered. You should not have any further problem viewing images or accessing Sales Manager at this time.

What sort of refunds can we expect for auctions that ended with no bids because there were no pictures? Thank you for getting it back up and running.
