I am new to Vendio and I have tried to upload images with no success. I scan my images and they are tif files. I went to Photoshop and saved them as jpg files but when I save it says jpg.tif files. I went in and renamed the file to .jpg and tried to upload. It said the upload was successful, but the is "no image available". Any suggestions?
You cannot usually just rename a file from a Tiff into Jpg and have it come out properly where Internet Explorer can read it.
If you are using Photoshop to create and save your images, use the 'File+Save for Web' option instead of just the save as tool. That should give you a workable Jpg and in a nice size/resolution for your auctions.
