I had several auctions end last night. I did not receive a copy of the WBN's (as I usually do). The wbn sent (#1) has been checked on the post sale key. How can I be sure that the Wbn's went out?
The easiest way to see if they went out is to check post sale for responses from your customers. I have checked your post sale and it looks like you had quite a few. Did your WBNs come in yet?

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure that just seeing that people have gone thru checkout is good enough because they could have clicked on the auction link to checkout.
I received one of the WBN copies this morning. I haven't received the others yet.
This might be a side effect of the brief outage we had on the 8th -- they might be delayed in coming to you. You've gotten one already, and your customers have definitely received them, but if you do have anyone write you and say they haven't heard from you, please let us know.
Accounts are updated now -- if you check your Sales Manager Control Panel, any items that were stuck in 'closed' status due to the eBay API issue has moved down into Post Sale. You might need to clear your cache and resfresh the page for the latest information.
