Do you have an answer for me in ref. to being charged for subtitle with Ebay even though I am deleting it from the auction ad.I had intended to relist many Ebay auctions to take advantage of the 10 cent fixed price sale. However, I have had to stop because of this problem. Vendio is losing money along with me. Please advise asap-thanks.

Hi Dorrie,
The eBay API, which is the 'back door' system that eBay provides for services such as ours to get items listed with speed and efficiency, unfortuantely does not support removal of the subtitle upon relist. You can add one or change one but unfortunately can't remove one. Relisting through eBay does allow you to remove it -- I'd suggest that you copy the auction in Vendio and do a new auction with that copy, and remove subtitle. Do an eBay Preview to make sure you aren't charged for it as well.
We apologize for the inconvenience. This thread from last week further discusses the issue.
