Had a multi fixed item #4306733129. Sold one of six this morning, but it has not arrived in post sale.
Tried importing listings. No show. Tried refreshing. No show.
Received end of transaction from Ebay and a request for invoice from customer, so I know the sale is a definite.
Would you please take a look for me and see what the problem is? All of those fixed price listings were launched Monday. Had two sales go through fine.
To get the sale into Closed, you must refresh the item in your Active Auctions list. This will trigger the item to move down into closed, where you can complete the post sale. Since we are having some intermittent site issues you might have to do this several times -- I have refreshed it once for you already.
