We list many items in our ebay store. Everything was going fine and all of the sudden our listings show up with an additional shipping charge for each extra item.

We want to charge a flat rate no matter how much someone purchases.... Did we change something in our preferences ? Does this come from Vendio Preferences or Ebay ?

Any help would really be appreciated.

Do you have an example that you can provide for us? Also, please let us know what the extra shipping charge is that you are questioning. We'll be able to tell you if it's from our end or eBay's end.
