The option to add insurance is on the checkout page where they enter in their shipping and billing address. It sounds like your customer did not see it. Were the other complaints similar, or were they about different things?

I'm not sure why they wouldn't see it. The buyer is not a new buyer. I get different complaints. I would say 25% of people do not like to check out with VENDIO, somehow it makes them nervous.
Some think it's repetetive since they have to type in all the info Ebay and Paypal already have of them.
Some just can't get the tax right, the shipping right.
I think it's a nice system, but I do get complaints as to why they are forced to use it when eBay does it all. They don't see any advantages for them but I do see them for me.
