I was interested in using ProPay as one o my payment options since I see Vendio has it listed as one of their method of payments.
I wanted to know if you can explain how it works with Vendio.
Is it as easy intergrated as Paypal is?
Can the customer pay me from this site?
I checked out the Propay site and it looks like I need to get the credit info and enter it into their site.
I don't think that they can pay me direct like Paypal.
I just wanted to know what happens when the auctions end, if the customer can pay from the Vendio checkout.
Also, what does the ID # do that I enter in Global Preferences for Pro-Pay?
ProPay is not integrated like PayPal is. You can offer it as a method of payment but you will need to manually update your Vendio Post Sale when you get a payment.
After the customer finishes Vendio checkout, the confirmation page will instruct them to complete the payment so they'll either have to go to ProPay and do it, or give you the information. The ID number is so that the customer can identify you on the ProPay site when making a payment.

So if I check off PROPAY as a method of payment, will the Vendio checkout link that I email my buyers take them to the PROPAY site since I have put in my propay id#?
I just spoke to Propay and they said that payment can be sent 2 ways:
*customer sends me their credit card info
*customer uses the email invoice I send them.
I just would like to know if that email invoice will be in my vendio checkout or do I have to email the customer directly from the Propay site?
Unfortunately it does not link the customer to ProPay. We suggest you put some text in your post sale messages stating the customer must either wait for an invoice from you or send you the CC.
I'm not sure how ProPay works with the invoicing, if they give you a static URL you could probably put that in your Checkout messaging somewhere. If they require you to invoice directly from ProPay, then you'd probably have to wait for Checkout to be completed and then go to ProPay and take care of the invoicing.
