I have been trying since last nite to launch and keep getting an error message with %API% message..what does this mean? Can anyone help me please?

hi Sonya,
I do not normally launch auctions in the morning..but there is one on my pending that shows an "error" that you can go ahead and try to launch.It is a relist as were all the others but one was a new auction and I still got that message.thanks,Ruth

Hi again Sonya, If you can not just do a single item from my pending then go ahead and launch all..I am just concerned to get to the problem so I can list auctions..thanks ..Ruth
Thank you for getting back to me. Actually, would you mind trying to list directly on eBay? Please let me know if it goes through or not -- we are currently checking into the nature of this error.

I just tried to launch one of the items on my pending and the same error came up again! The error messages make no sense to me! Ruth

I guess I dont follow you..I am doing a launch from my pending and I only list to eBay..what is it you want me to do? Ruth

Hi Sonya..thanks to you and all for your help.We are having a major eBay problem with the accounting and although they have credit cards on file they seem to have lost the ability to deduct sellers past due amounts.This is a 2-3 month problem now and even though they have a current card on file and could have deducted my fees they blocked me from listing!!What a great company they are!All these brainy people and they can not fix it! It was not broken..but we have to suffer for their mistakes..thanks again..if others have the same problem launching tell them to check their eBay account..and have fun!!

hi the same thing here,I went in and made a payment on the account with the card I have on file for the overdue balance and now i'm launching.
