I have had several people (due to eBay glitches) hit the back button in eBay because it doesn't look like their BIN "took" the first time. They go thru with the one purchase, which leaves me to file for NPB/FVFC for the second purchase.
When I start this process through sales manager and go to the reason for the NPB, I am given a Vendio list to choose from. None of the options are "mutually agreed not to complete", so, I have to "pick a lie"; then 10 days later, the "mutually agreed not to complete" is in the Vendio list of choices.
If I file the NPB directly through eBay, the "mutally agreed not to complete" is in the list of choices.
Can Vendio ADD this to our first list of choices. It has been known to pi$$ paying customers off to get an eBay notice reminding them to pay their eBay seller!
