Please help me. I went to make a new listing just a few minutes ago and my ebay store categories were just the numbers. (category 1, catagory2...) I then went and did the Category update in my site specifics and then they showed there but when I went back to start the listing again it went back to just the numbers again. HELP, I need to do my first of the month listings.
I have tried updating everything to do with ebay, including updating my categories several times now. Oh please help!

We have escalated this issue as we have been able to see the problem with the missing categories. If you list and choose Category 1, for example, and it corresponds to a category you've set up in ebay, it should list properly...you may want to try that in the meantime. We apologize for the inconvenience.
