I have had several buyers claim that their email address is not being accepted in the checkout process, they get the message back, "email does not match record." Are they being "numb" or is there a glitch?

Hi there,
We are in the process of changing the messaging that goes along with this to let your buyer to know to wait a few minutes and try again. Generally, this is just because our system hasn't recognized the item as closed as we rely on the eBay notification - which can take a few minutes to process.
