Are there any help instructions on how to use eBay's UPI process within Vendio anywhere? I'm having a problem, but I can't find any instructions anywhere to see if I am doing it correctly or not.

I have 2 auctions where the buyers made mistakes and we mutually agreed not to complete the transaction. I submitted the UPI from Vendio Sales Manager. The buyers agree'd and I got the FVF credit on eBay but it was just still sitting there in my Post Sales Display with the same status. So I tried Updating choosing Mutually agree'd not to complete, and now I have the word 'error' in red on my Awaiting Payment display for those items.

I wouldn't worry about it so much, but the customers are getting payment reminders since they are sitting in an unpaid status.

Also, can we get a credit for the Vendio final value fees for these types of items? If so, how? Are there any instructions for that?

Any help is appreciated (again)!

Stephanie

Hi Stephanie,

If you already got the FVF credit directly from eBay you shouldn't need to request it through the UPI -- if you click on the set of post sale keys for the item you will be taken to the fulfillment checklist. Mark off the item as 'paid' (clicking the step 2 and 3 boxes, even though technically they are not). This will stop any reminders from going out to this customer. When you are done with this item you can archive it.

In the event of a non-paying bidder, you may request a refund of the final value
fee (please be aware that the listing fee is not refundable.) In order to qualify for the refund, you will need to provide proof from the auction site that you had a non-paying bidder to get a refund to your account.

As proof, we will accept a copy and paste of the line item from your eBay statement, showing the refund from eBay. You may copy and paste it directly into the text field in the refund request form, available at:

https://secure.vendio.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

Please note that you must be logged in to access this form.

Regards,

Sonya

I've done all this.
The only remaining question I have is how can I relist the item thru Vendio?

Nevermind.
I just figured it out.
