I had all of my WBN's turned off, so that I could control "when" they are sent.

I just changed it to send automatically (since I'm going on vacation). When I did that, Vendio sent WBN's to 15 of my eBay store purchasers . Those 15 purchases had been paid for and shipped and received.

Is this the way it's "supposed" to work? I only wanted WBN's to be sent to "future" items closed.

Am I not understanding the way this is supposed to work?

Gotta run explain to those 15 bidders "why" they got the WNB's......

Hello,

Did you have step 1 checked off or was it still open? If you aren't using step 1, we recommend that you check it off so that you don't have this problem in the future. Most likely what happened was if those items didn't have step 1 marked off, when you turned on the auto WBN, the system detected that and sent out the WBNs to those customers.

Regards,

Sonya
