From time to time when I am launching items and using the ITEMS SPECIFICS, I make a mistake and double-click or go back to correct a category I clicked on wrong.
The thing is, when I do this, my entire screen gets diagonal crossed lines and a box that states RUN-TIME ERROR, the whole program & computer freezes, I have to completely re-boot, and I lose all the auctions that have been prepared but not fully uploaded.
VERY frustrating, I'm aware of this problem & try to make sure I do things 100% correct when using the Items Specifics menu, but still, as with today, my finger twitched & double-clicked (I've been uploading for close to 2 hours), and so, I lost over 30 minutes work which I now have to repeat.
I'm sure you've heard about this problem before. I use Windows 98, is this a particular Vendio problem, one that you will fix soon hopefully, or is this something with my computer or software, or an outdated Windows system problem that I can fix by downloading something?
Please reply when you get a chance, this is probably the single biggest frustration concerning my auctions, as it means completely lost work. I only upload 10 auctions at a time anymore at once, because the first time this happened, I lost over 6 hours of work!
It never happened with your older versions of AMP by the way, only with the current one.
1. Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the critical updates and Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.
