Here are the proper procedures for filing a NPB.
To submit non-paying bidder alerts, go to Sales Manager -> Post Sale -> Awaiting Payment. Select your items, then click the "NPBA" button. If you would like to submit for Final Value Fee credits, select your items and click the "FVFCR" button.
Note that this will only request FVF credits from eBay. If you want to request FVF credits from Vendio, you must use our refund request form, available at this URL:
The URL can be found on our site by clicking the "Got questions about this statement?" link on your statement. We require a copy/paste of the line item from your eBay statement showing the FVF fee credit in order to process a refund from our system.

Yes, however you need to provide proof that you got the NPB from eBay. As proof, we will accept a copy and paste of the line item from your eBay statement, showing the refund from eBay. You may copy and paste it directly into the text field in the refund request form, available at:
Unfortunately, we do not automatically refund NPBs when you get the credit from eBay. When you get the credit from eBay you'll need to file the NPB on our site, in order to get the credit. I apologize for the misunderstanding.
