When I try to refresh my information I get this message: Warning: Unable to fetch information from eBay. This may be caused by invalid or out-of-date eBay information stored at Vendio. Please verify your username and password at eBay and then update your information here
I checked with Ebay and nothing has changed. Vendio has authorized permission. What is the deal?

Be sure to check your email addresses and make sure they all match. I had an old one here and a new one on ebay and ran into the same problem. (Went through 2 weeks of changing ISPs almost every other day, or at least that is what it felt like.)
When you get that error, it occurs because you have changed something regarding your eBay ID (password, email, or actual ID) and you didn't yet get a new authorization token. I checked your account and the message is gone, were you able to get this resolved?

I didn't change anything. When I logged on to Ebay, nothing had changed. It took me a couple times to get Vendio approved. It finally worked after three attemps.
