Hi I am new, but have read everything and cannot figure this out.
Under the shipping section on any template I create there is copy reading "UPSP $2.00"
I have completely erased my custom comment from that area, but it is still there. I don't want to list until I can remove it as it might mislead bidders.
Please, anyone, explain how to get rid of this. I did not type it.
It sounds like you are viewing the Full Preview, which is in the template section on the Create Listing page and also in the Template Preferences section of your My Account tab. This preview shows partially what your listing will look like but it also inserts some other default options -- one of them being the USPS $2.00 option. If you would like to see a more accurate preview, please use the eBay Preview or the Quick Preview at the bottom of the Create Listing page. This will show your listing the way you've set it up along with its defaults.
