Hi, I am trying to link my eBay account ID jonhilliard to Vendio and it is not letting me. I used to use Auction Watch approx. 3 years ago under the ID JHSoxFan and am just getting set up with Vendio because it seems more cost effective than the service I am currently using. I just logged in and detached the eBay account from my JHSoxFan Vendio ID, but I still get the error message when I try to attach my account. Please let me know if there is something I can do to fix this.
I have moved your eBay ID "jonhilliard " into your Vendio account "jonhilliard ". You will need to log in and go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts and click the "edit" link next to your eBay ID. Re-enter the password and email address associated with the ID, and save. You may also need to select a payment plan, as customers with existing accounts are not eligible for the trial plan.
