How do you get the shipping calculator to show in eBay auctions or the eBay store items with out going to revise your item and revising the shipping description to add the calculator so people can figure the shipping on this item? A line saying you ship USPS Priority calculated does come up in the template and on the pages but this is not what I am referring to.

Hi ... vendio doesn't have that feature incorporated into the ebay things yet ... they are working on it though.

Thanks for you info. This just takes some time to do the revisions to get it the way you want your items to look and to show how much it is going to cost to ship before you bid.

Yes, I have been pestering them about this for the past few months. I really wish that they would get it! Having to go in and revise each auction takes a lot of time, especially when each of my items weighs differently.

Me too!
I don't even list many auctions but having to revise every one that has calculated shipping is a real annoyance!

I have many different items. I solve the problem by putting a fixed shipping price for items weighing 12 pounds or less based on furthest distance. On items more than that, I put the weight in the ad and ask customers to look it up. Some still e-mail, but it cuts it down tremendously. I also post that I charge $3.00 over cost, so people seem happy with this procedure. I wish they would work on things we want rather than redesigning the site. Makes me feel like they don't listen to us.

Hey there,
Sorry for the delay in responding to the post. I just wanted to check on the status, and I do want to let all of you know that is coming soon. Please bear with us while we implement this feature.

Bob, with all due respect, I've been hearing that "it's coming soon" since I signed up with Vendio some months ago. In the meantime, we've had any number of "enhancements" that were of no particular interest to me, though I'll leave open the possibility that they might have wowed some other customers.
We are spending between 5 and 15 hours per week responding to bidders about shipping costs. That is beginning to tilt the balance to your competitors.
I think we deserve something more definitive than "coming soon."
