ladyjewels2000	posted on August 24, 2004 05:41:42 AM I file the dispute about two weeks ago but never saw away to file FVF. How do we do this with the new system?
SonyaCS	posted on August 24, 2004 09:41:29 AM Hello, If you go to Awaiting Payment in the Post Sale section, you can click on the 'update' link for that item and file the FVF. Since it's been more than 7 days, you'll be able to file for the FVF. Regards, Sonya
