I file the dispute about two weeks ago but never saw away to file FVF.
How do we do this with the new system?

Hello,

If you go to Awaiting Payment in the Post Sale section, you can click on the 'update' link for that item and file the FVF. Since it's been more than 7 days, you'll be able to file for the FVF.
