I cannot get my Gallery image to load into pending Ebay Auction. My PayPal image and larger image under description loaded just fine. Ebay Live said to clear cache and internet files. I have done that twice and still do not have a Gallery picture. I have never encountered this problem before. The gallery photo image is 180 x 292 pixels, clearly within Gallery range limits. Each time I preview auction I see a red x where the image is suppose to reside. The other two images are in my HTML document. Is their something I am missing in using Gallery Photo? I did not have this problem last time I sold on Ebay but I did use Vendio template. Thanks for Help. Ebay does not know the reason why it won't load.

Hi Richer101,
if for some reason eBay did not place your image in Gallery, then you should have been notified by email by them.
In order to help you, can you please provide the item ID of the item for which the gallery does not appear? Is that item listed through our services?
