I have a huge mess! I took some better photos to replace the ones I had on some auctions. I deleted the ones in Vendio and uploaded the new photos with the same exact name of the ones that were deleted. Now the items I have in my store and the auctions these images were attached to have a huge white box that reads "images not available".
Have I done something wrong?

Hello wgm,
Please double check to make sure the filenames match *exactly*, including the case. Lots of times, the case of the .jpg extension will be different which will cause the URL in the listing to break.
Also - please allow up to 2 hours for our system to populate your listings with your new images.

Thank you very much for replying, Diana...
I just double-checked the images, and the names are exactly the same - but they still aren't showing up. I did the change about 4 hours ago - any other suggestions?
Thank you for your help!

I just checked "Image Hosting", and the new photos are showing there with the correct name - just still not showing up on eBay...

Hi wgm. Image names are case sensitive, so be sure the names are really exactly alike without typos, caps, or extra spaces etc. If you are sure that is not the problem and the image is still not replacing there may be an induced coding error for the image at ebay.
Go to the ebay revise your item page for one of your listings where the pics still aren't there, scroll down to the image section, and see what code has been plugged in there for your image. Make sure the entire code there is correct for your vendio image, not just the jpg name. You should double check to be sure you have the offsite hosting option ticked off (so it pulls from vendio, not ebay) and the code in the image line for your src= should be "http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/YourVendioID/Your ImageName.jpg" with the YourImageName.jpg exactly the same as you uploaded at vendio right down to every capital or small letter. If there is something else there besides that or you see an error there that isn't in vendio, you will need to fix it there rather than in vendio (and you will need to do the same fix for each item separately). Hope that helps.
