I have two auctions which ended recently where the state sales tax was not charged. I am in CA and specified 8.75% CA sales tax in the "eBay Shipping and Payment Details" of the sales manager. However, when these buyers from CA checked out, there was no tax added and no option to select it.
How can I get the sales tax to be charged correctly?
The two recent listings in question are item 6114916633 and 5915602403.
I checked your Post Sale Management Preferences -- you don't have Sales Tax enabled so when customers go through Vendio checkout, they do not get tax as an option. What you have set up, is your preferences for ebay Checkout. Please make sure you set your Vendio Checkout preferences up as well.
