Received an email that the problem was fixed. So I opened up Vendio to check. It takes 16 - 20 seconds just to log in. Before it was instaneous. Keep trying. I'll have to list using ebay tomorrow. boooooo! This costs us money, too.

It is still running VERY slow. 25-30 sec. to load one page in post sales manager. PLEASE either fix it quickly or put it back to the way it was when it worked! I don't see any noticeable change that makes it worth this hassle.
We have continued reports of slowness for some users, and we are in the process of investigating what might be causing this now. We will post an update as soon as we have more information. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I am the tech husband of desertbabydoll.
After a little detective work, I found that the problem is with the latest version of the EBay Toolbar that works with Internet Explorer! I disabled it and everything is fine and fast. I assume there is a conflict between the Ebay Toolbar and the Vendio site. I am sure that the techs at Vendio will check this out.

I don't have the ebay toolbar.. but I do run IE6. Early this morning the site seemed to be running really much better than last night.
However throughout the day... I am seeing a remarkable decrease in speed, with pages loading at 25-30 seconds .. no matter where I go on the site.
I don't care about all the bells and whistles, and you said the new improved look would speed pages and load time up. No. It didn't.
Listing items and working with images seems to be growing worse as the day goes on...
Oh please vendio. Fix it soon.. I hate listing directly on ebay!! I WANT MY OLD VENDIO .. where did she go? She was here only days ago....

Hello debshope,
We are working to identify the things that are potentially contributing to the slow pages. As this is not affecting all users evenly, there may be some software conflicts going on (as noted by desertbabydoll) so, please try experimenting with some of the programs you may have running in the background. Some of these might be ad-blocking software, virus-checkers, etc. You should see them listed next to your system clock on the bottom righthand side of your screen.
If you are unable to speed things up on your own, while we work to identify the problem you might want to consider downloading Sales Manager Pro and using that to create your listings.
