Could you take a look at my thread titled "Vendio templates - can you delete?" in the Ebay Outlook.
I'm told here in Vendio Services that templates cannot be deleted - ever - because they're all "defaults." I've chosen several, and the ones I'll never use are cluttering up the list.
Are you in a position to make a decision about this, or can you pass this on to someone higher up who is able to make changes?
I love your templates, and Vendio WANTS us to use them--but this glitch makes it very cumbersome and I suspect will discourage further use down the road.

We will log a suggestion on your behalf regarding ability to delete the default templates. I have checked on this for you and unfortunately, the templates you want to delete cannot be removed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
