The Create New listing links in Sales Manager are not working for me. They don't link up at all, the cursor is just an arrow. This just happened to me- I've been listing items all morning. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Same problem here. I have been listing all morning, too, and now, suddenly, the eBay link just sits there. Is Vendio listening????? Money lost does NOT make me a happy camper!

Hi Folks,

Sorry for the troubles. If you are logged into Sales Manager, you should see a an Ebay icon at the top of the left hand navigation. It doesn't sound like any of you are. However, when I log into your accounts, I am able to see the icons at the top. So, something is working on your end, but not on your.

If you are not seeing this on your computer, please either post a screen shot or send it as an attachment to the following email address:

[email protected]

Also, what kind of browser are you guys using? Please let me know the browser type and version number. Most version numbers are available by clicking HELP > About in the browser's toolbar.

Thanks!
Bob

I am having the same problem. The buttons on the left side of the sales manager page are not working. However, if I go to the "jump to" box on the top right, I can select "create eBay listing" and get to the listing page that way.

Please make sure you have the most up to date Internet Explorer version on your PC. If you are still unable to click this link, please turn off your Pop-up and banner blockers. These may
interfere with the feature.

Please let us know if this helps resolve some problems. This will help guide us where to else to start trouble shooting.
Best Regards,

It was working fine last night. So it must be a problem with the Vendio Site. It need to be fixed so I can list some auctions.

The icons are there, but they are not clickable. I listed by going to image hosting. Upload one picture and it will return you to the page that has icons that are clickable. You will have to upload one pic for each auction you want to create.

No problems here. The eBay create auction link is working just fine. Which tells me it's not a Vendio problem.

I also have had no problems whatsoever using the new scheduling system.

Don't know if anybody cares but I use IE. I go to IE independent of AOL, which is my ISP.

Come on...this feature has been working since you launched your redesigned site. Which by the way takes more clicks, to do what one could do easier before the new look was launched. I have up to date IE and if unblocking pop ups or banners is the issue, then your tech fellows better get to work.

Running my cursor over the links produce nothing. I can only get to image hosting not inventory. Odd. I don't think it's my computer as it was working just a few hours ago ? Going to try what others have said.

Ok I can't create listings using the *jump to...* but I still can't access the links below from there

Images I can upload etc but I can't use any of these links.

ZoomStream Images
Recycle Bin
Edit Preferences
Image Watermarking
XPress Publisher

there are more like inventory (can't access )
and others but I've got to go back and copy for you, cuz I don't remember what they were.

Still not working tonight. I used the Jump To and I can list but I have the same problem with the scheduling icon (the Calendar). It will not click. I have to Launch Now(that will work) Of course it is a Vendio problem. Listing has been working fine until today.

Hrmm, I think I might see what might be causing this. The link code that is being used to take you to the Create Listing page upon clicking an icon isn't sub-standard at all, but I it could be written slightly different, using more old-school html methods.

Is anyone having this problem that IS NOT using AOL?

I'll work on this a bit when I get in tomorrow.

I am having this problem and I use a DSL ISP.
I use Netscape 7.2 -- Not IE.
I cannot access my inventory nor find my way back to the sales manager area by clicking on the left side menu.
I cannot get any of the "fly-out" menus and the cursor causes no action when moved over the left side menu.
The whole left side of options are "dead".
It shows Control Panel and the options directly under that are "live" but the following are NOT:
POST SALE
SALES ARCHIVE
IMPORT/TRACK
INVENTORY
CUSTOMERS
SALES MANAGER PRO
The odd part is this, when I copied and pasted the above to put in this reply it listed all of them in the clipboard entry!

I am having the same problem. Worked fine all day and now nothing, so it is not the browser or anything on my end because it has worked fine all day today and then all of a sudden........NOTHING! Everything on the left hand side is DEAD, DEAD, DEAD!! TIME IS MONEY. Please figure out what is wrong as this has me at a total standstill as far as listing, contacting people through Post Sale etc.
