I love the changes that Vendio has made; however, there seems to be a problem. When I double-checked on my auctions to be launched tonight (that I created this morning), a few of the listings didn't have the pictures attached. When I undid the launch and revised the listing, the pictures still didn't attach. Please help!
Edited to add: The gallery photo stays attached, but the standard images disappear. I tried clicking on "save" first and then going back into the listing and schedule it for auction. This seems to correct the problem, but it takes longer.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear your having trouble. Can you give us some eBay listing IDs so we can see what's going on? Thanks.

I can't give you ebay id's because they haven't been launched yet. I did make one connection: When I go in to change the ebay category of where it should be listed, it detaches the images and I have to reattach them.

I had the same problems and had to manually add the images thru Ebay revise item , option.. items number 6926017123 and 6926003058 I then listed another auction and clicked save , and then went back to list and it worked but it seems kind of repeative to have to do this every time?

I'm having the same problem............the first one I wrote attached but the next 6 didn't. I've re-done them several times but there are no photos showing in the template.

Hi everyone,
We have identified a problem on the page. Our engineers are working now on a fix and we hope to issue it shortly.
We think this is happening when you are leaving the page to do something else, like upload images, then coming back.
Please try this workaround for now: before leaving the Create Listing page to do something else, try clicking the Save button first. I've tested this in a few cases and it seems to work this way.
We'll update you again when the fix is released.

The work around is functional but it certainly creates extra steps. I hope this is a temporary fix and you will let us know when the "real" fix is in.
Thanks for the work around.

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! Please post the problem and the work around in the announcement page!!!! If not you are going to have a bunch of angry people!
I just had to redo a bunch of listings because the images I THOUGHT I had attached did NOT attach!! Lots of steps with the work around..maybe take this off the system and restore to the old way until it actually WORKS!!!

Your fix isn't working for me. I've tried every which way and images aren't attaching. Plus they have all disappeared from the pending auctions I created earlier this week.

I have just found out if you click Ebay preview then launch it from there it seems to keep the images, a little easier then save and going back...
