I am missing a sold item in my post sale management. It is 4323035345 - I have tried importing, etc - can't get it. Can you please try to get it to show up.

Hello corksmom,

The item is part of an order (705578655) - it's a fixed-price item so there may have been some latency in it splitting from the active item to closed.
