After Trying for THREE hours to find the photos that I had downlaoded, they will NOT transfer to my listing. The message board says this is fixed, but I still cannot get to my photos. Please help?

Hi casrus,

Yes, this is fixed for many users, but there are certain small cases that may still cause this to happen:

- if you are using a Mac and are using Safari or IE5, the Attach button does not work properly
- if you are running privacy protection software like McAfee Privacy Service, this can interfere with the Create Listing page

Hello, I am using Macaffee. I have had many hackers and that is why I use Maccaffee. Please advise if I am going to need to turn off my firewall. I am very reluctant to do this and if the program will not work with Maccaffee, I am not sure if I will be able to stay with you, even though I have been very pleased until tonight. I will wait for your response.

Hi there,

No you don't have to shut off your firewall. Another user was using a McAfee bundle that included virus protection, firewall and Privacy Service, but we determined that it was only the Privacy Service that was the culprit. Are you using the same?

Yes I am using the Privacy Service. So you are saying that I need to disable the Privacy Service? If so is this going to be a permanent situation, or are they going to try to fix this?

Hello again, I did diable the Privacy Service and the program worked fine. If you get a minute please advise if this is going to be a permanent situation or hopefully fixable.

Hi again,

We're hoping not. With the other user, we were able to leave the Privacy Service running but in Options > Block Ads, disable just the block ads portion of the service.

From our end, we will try to diagnose what the issue and attempt to resolve on our end. But since this is an unexpected interaction between two applications, their may be more you can do with McAfee.

There may be other settings that may allow you to use Privacy Service completely without affecting Vendio pages. You can try to different settings or call McAfee technical support for assistance.

If we can fix the solution on our own, we'll let you know. I hope between both applications, we can find a permanent solution that's favorable for both.
