I finally got an email answer to this problem and at here is the fix that they gave me. .. it seems to work, however it is time consuming and when I have over 1000 (and trying to increase) items listed this frankly is a waste of my time = waste of money spent on a service that isn't working properly
Email from Vendio with a fix:
If you have active multiple item fixed-price listings and/or Dutch
listings on eBay, and you've received a notification from eBay that a
sale has taken place but the item is not appearing in your closed list,
please take the following steps:
1. Locate the item in Active listings in Sales Manager. Click the
check-box next to the active listing, then click the grey "Refresh"
button at the top of the page (under the "Jump to" menu.) Wait
approximately 5 minutes, then go back to your Sales Manager control
panel. The sold listing should now appear in your closed section.
2. If you cannot locate the active listing associated with the item, use
the "Track" function in Sales Manager to track the item in. Once you do
this, post-sale functionality should be available. You will find this
option in the left navigation bar in Sales Manager.
Items do not normally disappear from Sales Manager. Please be sure that
you do not delete any listing from Sales Manager while it is still
active. Also, note that if you relist an item on eBay directly, it will
not appear in Sales Manager automatically. You should always relist
your items from Sales Manager in order to avoid potential problems.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi liveleycharms,
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I tried your fixes and it worked perfectly. NOW if only Vendio had responded with this last night at 6:30 p.m. when I started asking them about this...my life would have been much easier today. This is the first time I have asked for help and I AM NOT IMPRESSED. I have about 370 listings and working my way up...I agree the system should be working...it is certainly costing us enough.

Hello Patty,
I am sorry that we were not able to answer your question quickly enough. We generally monitor these forums, but the best way to get a response is via the "Contact Us" page under the Help menu. You can also sign up on this page for the phone or live chat services, which will provide an even quicker response time during weekdays.
