How does one get a refund for the final value fees on non paying bidders?
I emailed Vendio and noone answered me.
I never bothered before because if I recall they initially wanted you to send in a copy of your Ebay invoice? It seemed so cumbersome,and hardly worth the time. Has this changed?
The process has not changed. What we need is a copy of the line item in your invoice that shows eBay refunded you the final value fee. We don't need the actual invoice itself.
