Hey there, on the 10th of September I downgraded to a $2.95 Pay As You Go Plan. However, I am still being charged my $12.95 for the previous plan I enrolled in, that I found too expensive for what I am selling.
I was already charged one month of the $12.95 when I took it out, and I only had it one month. Why am I being charged again?
Appreciate your help.

Hello,
Since you switched on your billing cycle date, you also got charged for the other plan -- please send an email to [email protected] for a refund of the Premium Plan Variable Rate.
