Hi, I asked a question last night....I have no pics, have had none since yesterday and when I try to upload pics it says I am not allowed. All questions after me got answered. Could you tell me why no one answered mine? This is unacceptable that I am still without pics. If it is something I am doing, or not doing, please let me know so I can fix it. I have unlimited images. None are showing in Vendio or Ebay. Please respond. Thanks

Hi, I am not trying to be a pain but I emailed customer service last night and have not recieved a response. Could you tell me when someone might get around to helping me? I know everyone stays busy but this of course is very important to me. Thanks again!

Hello,
Our response time is less than 24 hours, most of the time it is much quicker than that. If you wrote us from the Contact Us form in the help section, please note - we are now using Customer Manager to send customer service emails back to our customers. You will be alerted to the fact that you have an incoming email when you see the Customer Manager button turn orange. Note that there is no charge for emails sent to and from Vendio, so you are not in danger of being charged if you access Customer Manager to access your email.
There is a billing issue with your accounts so your emails have been forwarded to our billing specialist, who will be in contact with you shortly.
I have also deleted the duplicate post from earliee.
