I try to create a new template as I have done in the past with no problems. When I click on Template Workshop, it just goes back to Template Workshop. I can't get into the templates to pick from??
Can you help me out, please?
You should see a box to the left called 'Style' -- if you click on the drop down for Style Categories, you can select any of those categories and the templates will appear in the Style box underneath. If you don't see the Style box and there is some text about starting over with a different style, please click on that link to go to the start of the template workshop, where you should be able to pick your templates.
Do you have a pop up blocker installed on your system? The workshop opens as a pop up. If you do, please disable it temporarily and try clicking the Template Workshop button again.

Also can't delete pictures or folders, can't go into ebay listings and either find Highest Priced, Lowest priced, etc.
lots of little quirks like this
Hrrm this is quite strange. By any chance are you using Netcape navigator? If so, could you please try using internet explorer. We've found some systems with Netscape are having problems.

hi Bob - I have Internet Explorer, but when I try to open another window, I click my icon "Internet Explorer" and it goes to Netscape. don't know why???
I used to be able to be in my Vendio Listings and go to a listing and click on it to open another window. Can't do that anymore.
Geez, my computer guru is coming over tomorrow so maybe he can figure it out

Having the same problem here! I can list everything fine, but can't change or create templates. Kind of stinks....

I have saved my auctions and tried to go back in and change them as well, doesn't work. At least it's not just me....driving me nuts!

Just a thought. If either of you have installed SP2 for XP, it has a pop up blocker also. Click tools at the top of your browser window and it will say pop up blocker, hover over it and it will say turn on/turn off. Hope that this helps.
