Hi, because of the new package insurance company that I found and listed a post about yesterday, I needed to go into Global Preferences and change the info in the shipping boxes. I did so but the change didn't show up on any of my pending auctions. I clicked on "save" and "done", tried it several more times and the changes never showed up. I had to into about 20 pendings and manually make the change on each one. WHY? Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,
When an item is created and saved in pending it keeps the preferences that were there when originally created. Changing those default preferences won't affect those items in pending already saved -- it will show up only on new listings that you create.
